Please tap your avatar in the game, copy your character ID, then log in with the character ID on this website. If you're still unable to top up, please contact official customer service ASAP.
Enter your User ID
Go to Settings in the top-right corner of the game's main screen to view and copy your UID, then log in here. Please verify that the entered UID is correct and that the displayed character nickname and avatar match your in-game profile. If you continue to experience issues with topping up, please contact customer service for assistance
